When signing into connection client for first time the following appears?
"An error occurred while processing your request:"
This is related to singing the EULA while inside of CONNECTION Center
Take note to the bottom left corner of the internet window / screen, notice that a the URL addresses may be cycling. This indicates that the website has not been fully accessed yet. This may take a few minutes, please be patient.
If this does not resolve itself in a few moments, open CONNECTION Client (download and install as needed) and sign the EULA there. While in CONNECTION Client, access Software downloads by using instructions here.
If you continue to have troubles, contact Bentley office asking for Web Assistance OR, log Service Request, select Website Assistance
