When manually updating the program the following appears:

Why and how to avoid the problem?
Current signed-in user does not have "Product Delivery - Download" role. The company appointed Bentley On-site Admin did not give the user ability to download software from Bentley.
1. Ask Bentley On-site Admin to download application and make it available to you.
2. Ask Bentley On-site Admin to update your User role to include "Product Delivery - Download" role.
