AutoPIPE locks up after displaying splash screen and never starts, why?

Solution #1: CONNECTION Client
For the user with a problem, suggest to try one of the following 2 things to see if this helps starts the program:
1. Disconnect internet and then launch AutoPIPE. If used previously, it should be able to switch to offline mode, prompt the user and continue.
2. Sign-out of CONNECTION Client and then try launching AutoPIPE.
If either of the 2 work – then the issue is either CONNECT Advisor loading content. Licensing check maybe slow or building a cache if it is first time usage.
Solution #2: Profile Preferences
There is a problem with your user profiles preferences, use instructions here to rest to default settings.
Solution #3: Graphics driver
Update the graphics driver, reboot the computer, and now try to open AutoPIPE.
