    Q. Where is the "How are you CONNECTED" hyperlink on CONNECTION Center?

    Answer:

     The "How are you CONNECTED" hyperlink is located on the Get Started... Welcome banner. 

    If the Welcome Banner was missing from your CONNECTION Center, most likely the banner was turned off. Follow Steps here to turn the banner back on:

    1. Open CONNECTION Center - click here

    2. Click on the Cog gear located on the right side of the screen.

    3. Click on the "+", which will then be come an "x". 

    4. Presto, the Welcome banner will now be displayed and the "How are you CONNECTED" hyperlink is located as shown above.
