The keyboard function keys F1 - F12 control settings are used a quick keys to various commands. Instead of manually locating the command just press an "F" key on the top of the keyboard.

When selecting a continuous range, the easiest method is usually to select the first point with a mouse, then press and hold down the Shift key while selecting the last point
