&lt;p style="margin-left:60px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#008000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Sometimes the heat exchanger model file can execute without any error but once the model is exported to SolidWorks, it can show some red colored error indications in the SolidWorks assembly as shown below in the screenshot to the left:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:60px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#008000;"&gt;The way to resolve this issue is to follow the steps below:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:60px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#008000;"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Open the model file&amp;nbsp;in AutoPIPE Vessel&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:60px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#008000;"&gt;2. Open the tubesheet dialog box and open the Geometry tab&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:60px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#008000;"&gt;3. Click OK&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:60px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#008000;"&gt;4. Save the&amp;nbsp; file, rerun the calculations&amp;nbsp;and rerun the SoldWorks CAD export&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
