&lt;h2&gt;&lt;span&gt;Answer:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is a defect. It has been logged under TFS number 245117. For APV the determining case is the last case that changed something (a shell thickness for instance). Here nothing is changed and in this case, it should print the Operating cases (submitted to wind). But instead APV print the Lifted and Erected cases(Combination number 1 and 2 here).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This will be fixed in next release.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
