    21. How AutoPipe vessel takes care of Saddle if its placed on Transition element like Cone?

    Answer:

    The diameter at the cone location where the saddle is attached is considered for the analysis, the calculation procedure is same as that of a saddle attached to a regular shell component.  The various stresses are affected depending on where on the cone the saddle is attached.
