The following appears when trying to use AutoPIPE and OPIM to modify a stress isometric default file:
There are 2 reported issues that cause this message to appear:
1. When generating a Stress isometric
2. When opening the Rotating Equipment dialog.
While using a few debugging programs the following were found:
Just in time debugger message near the end of the log file:
Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.ExceptionManagement.Interfaces.1.0
WINDBG message near the end of the log file:
^ No runnable debuggees error in 'g'
and the following message:
This clearly indicates that the problem causing this NET framework message to appear was related to program called SofTrack.
SofTrack, a third-party license manager, is intercepting attempts to open Bentley.Isometrics.App.exe and blocking them. This is undoubtedly causing problems. The user should revisit the company's SofTrack configuration to allow access to this product as long as it is opened from AutoPIPE.
AutoPIPE 12.07 and 12.08.00.346 had a known issue where the rotating equipment could be corrupted if the dialog was closed any other way instead of using the Ok button at the bottom of the dialog.
Only avoidance, open the file in AutoPIPE 12.07 / 12.08.0, delete the rotating equipment, save the model, open the model again in 12.08.01.010 or higher, and insert Rotating equipment as needed into the model.
