The following appears when starting AutoPIPE

There could be a number of issues that would cause this to occur. Lets start with the basics:
Step 1. Check the Bentley Cloud Services Status
a. Carefully read any notices that are posted and address any items in red.
Step 2. Make sure that you are signed into Connection Client.
a. While in Connection client, preform a health Check, Address any issues that appear in RED.
Step 3. Make sure that you have the most recent version of Connection Client installed (version number is visible on the top of the Connection client application screen).
Check Connection Client Release notes for current version and compare to that installed on your computer.
Step 4. Open BLT (Bentley Licensing Tool), perform the following:
a. Use Refresh Policy command
b. Use Send Logs Now command
c. On the Entitlements tab, confirm entitlement listing for AutoPIPE products
If not,
i. Use Activate Product command to try and activate the product.
ii. Otherwise, contact your company's appointed Bentley On-site Admin and ask that they provide entitlements for you to use AutoPIPE Products. Only your On-site admin can provide entitlements, Bentley tech support cannot provide them.
Note: if having troubles with BLT
a. Contact company's appointed Bentley On-site Admin and ask that they assist you with BLT settings and entitlements.
b. If On-site Admins are not able to help, please take screen shots of all tabs on BLT and use Log Collector command. Log a Bentley Service request for Product Activation and attach images and log files as created from above.
c. Otherwise, contact Bentley asking to speak to the Licensing department.
Step 5. When BLT has been correctly set up, then start AutoPIPE, open the "Welcome to AutoPIPE Licensing" dialog and continue here,
