Problem:

The following message dialog appears when using the SACS SQLite Database(*.db)[Technology Preview] (File > Import/Export > Export > SACS SQLite Database(*.db)[Technology Preview]).

---------------------------
SACS Export Error
---------------------------
Program has detected that some required information is not
available to export. Please check the detailed error report by
pressing OK.
---------------------------
OK Cancel
---------------------------

Why does this occur and how to avoid it?

Solution:

This issue is covered in AutoPIPE help. See the following for additional information.

As mentioned by the message above, information needed by this command was missing. Pressing OK on the message dialog will display a sub report; *** SACS SQLITE EXPORT CONSISTENCY CHECK ***, that lists the missing information. Update the Input and Output reports as needed, again try the export command. If all of the data is available, the command will notify the the user that a SQLite database has been successfully exported. Otherwise, another CONSISTENCY CHECK report will notify the user what else is missing.

Example:

1. Start AutoPIPE

2. Open Example archive model Walktrhu.APC

3. Select SACS SQLite Database(*.db) command (File > Import/Export > Export > SACS SQLite Database(*.db) .

4. After message appears, press ok button to see consistency check report

5. Enable the missing reports, or better yet just create a complete model input and output report to ensure all data is available in the export process.

Note, suggest using the quick reports instead of the SQLite Manager Reports, the Quick reports are generated a little faster than the SQLite reports.

6. .Again, export the using the SACS SQLite Database(*.db) command.

(note, if there are reported missing reports again add them as needed and repeat this command)

7. The following will then be shown:

---------------------------
Note
---------------------------
N2227-194 Data has been successfully exported to SQLite database.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

8. The following files will be generated in the same folder as the AutoPIPE model:

WALKTHRU.DB

WALKTHRU.cmb

WALKTHRU.prv

9. Import the files into SACS.
