Problem:
Where are Report Manager's existing custom reports stored in AutoPIPE?
Solution:
Report Manger Excel Reports are saved as QXML files to your profile's folder. Find where these files are stored:
1. Open Profile Preference dialog and select the User Profile Path Explore button
2. Move back one folder from ...\Bentley\AutoPIPE CONNECT to ...\Bentley
3. Open existing folder: AutoPIPE Report Utility
4. Done! this is the folder location for AutoPIPE's Excel reports
Company Standards
User have the ability to create company standards for reporting AutoPIPE's model information and results. These standard reports can be saved to a folder shared company wide or to a select group of people. When the time comes to create a report, access the company standard folder, copy the files to the folder location mentioned above, start AutoPIPE, and use the "Open Saved Reports" command from the Excel Reports tab on Reports Manager's dialog.
individuals can then create future reports by going directly to the "Open Saved Reports" command and selecting the correct report.
Open Saved Reports are not automatically updated from the company standards folder location. Therefore, if the company standards are updated, someone will need to copy the respective files from that location to the user's computer again as indicated above.
