Answer:
Purchased software with out an Annual Select Agreement or cancelled an Annual Select Agreement for perpetual licenses.
Here are the features of a Non-Select service contract:
a. User is not entitled to upgrades when they become available.
b. Access will be denied to the Software Download page.
c. User can log a Bentley Case, but cannot view / manage them on-line.
d. Node lock licenses are computer specific and cannot be shared between computers.
e. Cannot have multiple versions of the same software licensed (example cannot Node lock AutoPIPE 11.04. and 12.06 with the same license file).
