In general, how to customize the MS Word reports in AutoPIPE?
Use general steps here:
1. Make a back up copy of AutoPIPE's MS Word template folder:
Default location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\AutoPIPE CONNECT v12\ReportTemplates\
If needed select Language folder (ex. EN = English)

Back up the original folder and any updates that you make in this folder to another location on the computer.
Note:
1. If you do not do back up this folder, the only way of getting the original report template again would be to uninstall and reinstall the application.
2. This folder may need user permissions to make modifications. Contact your company IT department requesting permission to read / write to this folder and sub folders.
2. Next, open a Word template in MS Word
Example:
\ReportTemplates\en\Word\HeaderOutputTemplate.docx
3. Make modifications to the template as needed.
Caution to not make changes that are required by AutoPIPE to generate the report correctly.
4. Save the file.
5. Close and restart AutoPIPE
6. Generate a Word report to be sure that your changes made are used and does not affect the information itself.
1. If one needs to reset the customize report, just copy the respect file from the backup folder to the reporttemplates folder
2. To migrate this report to all other users on the project copy best to Zip the reporttemplates folder, send to another AutoPIPE user on the same version, ask that they backup, and overwrite their reporttemplates folder.
3. Before updating to a new version, best to backup all Profile folders to avoid anything being overwritten.
