Problem:

Can we use material which has allowable stress values in code but yield strength and tensile strength values are not available?

Solution:

As per ASME Section II Part D, few material has allowable stress values present at specific temperature but there are no yield strength and tensile strength values are available for the same material at same temperature. 
For Example SA387 Gr22 Cl2 at temperature 5500C, We have the allowable stress values but there are no values for yield strength and tensile strength available in code.
As these values are not available in code we suggest following option,
1. Use another material (We don't encourage the option 2 & 3, User has to decide their own)
2. If you know the values you can edit as shown below
