Hi Michael,

Following are the scenarios:

1. As you can see in the screenshot attached below, I have selected /ticked the Shift first point to origin. The flanges are not correctly imported because the offsets are not applied correctly. 

2. If you have not selected/unticked this the Shift first point to origin and get the model imported as on real word coordinates. The flanges are correctly imported. See the screen shot below.
