why and how to avoid it?
Solution:
This is a note message and not an error, just a message to inform the user of important information. In this case, when trying to run an analysis, some features may not be available due to the licensing currently being used by the application. For comparison chart of features available in the program per license type currently active in AutoPIPE, see the following AutoPIPE help section:

Question:
If AutoPIPE Standard license is currently activated, can these features be used in the program:
- Fluid transient
- Modal analysis
- Dynamic analysis
Answer:
Correct, Yes and No.
Why?
If one was to look at the comparison chart referenced above they would have realized.
With a Standard license of AutoPIPE the user could perform the Model analysis, but would not be able to use the Fluid transient generator or Time history Analysis features (because these features are only available for use when Advanced or Nuclear license is currently set in the application).
In conclusion, in order to run all 3 command mentioned, the application should be set to use AutoPIPE Advanced or Nuclear license (shown below).
