Problem:

The following is displayed while running AutoPIPE:

E753-18 Cannot be reducer face

Solution:

This Error pops up if a segment is starting with Reducer and you try to insert a new segment from the face of the reducer.

Work around to get rid of this error is as follows:

1.  Insert a small run or pipe spool at the face of the reducer first. As you can see in the screen shot below, A pipe spooI inserted at A14 to A16 of 1 foot (this dimension could be anything - even equals to weld length also). 

2. Now you can insert a new segment to A16 node no. without any Error. As shown in the screen shot below.
