When revieing the output report of a particular model analyzed per BS PD 5500, the following was observed.

1. In the "Summary of Errors and Warnings" subsection of the report:

417 NOZZLE 10: Insufficient reinforcement.

2. Under the Isolated opening subsection for Opening 10, the following was mentioned:

No reinforcement is required (see paragraph 3.5.4.3.3, note 1)

These messages are in direct conflict. Which is correct?
