Problem:

Stress Isometric does not create a drawing from AutoPIPE model, why?

Solution:

There may be a problem with the user's profile and OPIM (OpenPlant Isometric Manager) installation. Preform the following:

1. Close all open application.

2. Use Windows OS procedure to Uninstall OPIM.

3. Right-click on the Windows Start menu, select Run from the contextual menu, and execute the following command, including quotes:

a. Run - "%LocalAppData%\Bentley"

1. Find IsometricsManager folder, and rename folder to IsometricsManager - Copy.

b. Run "%AppData%\Bentley"

Next, find following folders:

1. IsometricsManager folder, and rename folder to IsometricsManager - Copy.

2. OPIM folder (if folder is missing, skip this line), and if present rename folder to OPIM - Copy.

3. OpenPlantModeler folder (if folder is missing, skip this line), and if present rename folder to OpenPlantModeler - Copy.

4. AutoPIPE Connect 12.x folder (if folder is missing, skip this line), and if present rename folder to AutoPIPE 12.x - Copy.

5. AutoPIPE 20xx folder (if folder is missing, skip this line), and if present rename folder to AutoPIPE 20xx - Copy.

c. Run - "%temp%"

1. Suggest to delete all folders and files in the temp directory.

However if this is not an option, at a minimum delete the all folders starting with AP_xxxx (example AP_230001)

d. Run - "%programdata%\Bentley"

Lastly, find following folders:

1. AutoPIPE 12.x folder (if folder is missing, skip this line), and if present rename folder to AutoPIPE 12.x - Copy.

2. AutoPIPE 20xx folder (if folder is missing, skip this line), and if present rename folder to AutoPIPE 20xx - Copy.

4. ***Important*** After renaming / deleting folders above, Reboot the computer

5. Download and reinstall OPIM version mentioned in AutoPIPE's Readme file, and test it again.

6. After performing all testing, open all folders mentioned above (excluding the TEMP folder) and confirm all of the same folders were recreated.

It would be a big issue if they were not (send response if any folders were not recreated).
