How to design an expansion bellow butt-weld to the shell?

Solution:

Follow the steps given below to design the Expansion Bellow,

Step 1: Create new file and select component design, Then select Expansion Bellows.

Step 2: Enter all the required design parameters including shell internal diameter.

Step 3: Fill the data in Expansion Bellows tab

Step 4: Select appropriate material for Bellow and Collar.

Step 5: Run the calculations.
