The following is displayed in model consistency check report:
W726-8: Kink in straight run of 90.0 deg at point XXX

This warning message is displayed whenever the incoming pipe axis does not exactly match the out-going pipe axis in a absolutely straight line through the indicated node point.
Select the indicated node point and change to a Bend point, Modify> Convert Point To...> Bend.
User is trying to model a piece of equipment with piping and assign "Rigid Properties Over Range". If this is correct, review the indicated node point to be sure warning message can be ignored.
Select the indicated node point and Delete it from the model.

Do nothing and accept the warning, not recommended, but under certain codes a slight bend of a few degrees (< 3deg) is acceptable without any special modeling required. See WIKI post here
