Answer:
There are many powerful features to select node points, ranges, etc.. by combining hide/view segments and options under the Select command. After the node points have been selected , press Insert> Xtra Data> select any one of the options, enter in a universal value, press OK button to apply the universal setting to all the node points in the selection set. Then open the respective input grid tabs to quickly modify the data as needed. Fast and simple approach.
In order to verify if a weight is being considered in the analysis, please review the following:
1. Model Input listing:
a. Extended Component report - search for the weight to confirm the settings
Example:
b. Center of Gravity - review report for additional weight that is considered for the analysis.
2. Input grids - review each tab that has a "Weight" column and determine if the settings are correct.
In the example above, it can be seen that there is no weight added from:
a. Contents - specific gravity of contents = 0.00
b. Weight of supports - weight values were blank
c Defined weight - weight value was blank
