01. How to join AutoPIPE or AutoPIPE Vessel's Private User Community


In order to obtain the access to the Private User Community, users must first become a member. See instructions below to becoming a member:

Step #1: Submit a Bentley Service Request 

Indicate on the Service Request the exact Bentley Community screen name of the user requesting access to this private site and internet address

Note: this can be found by only after a user signs into Bentley Communities

a. Select the profile icon in the upper right corner of this WIKI page

b. Selects the User name on the flyout

c. Select, Copy, Paste the About line, this is the user's screen name

d. Select, Copy, Paste the internet address of this page into the Service request, this is the User's Bentley Community ID number. 

Example of information to send when submitting a Service Request:

2. https://communities.bentley.com/members/65851f08_2d00_9868_2d00_44ae_2d00_aad7_2d00_9a96cfbc1fbc

Note: If user does not have Bentley Community account, contact the company's appointed Bentley On-site Admin, ask that they add you to the account as a user, and after you have been added as a user,  sign into Bentley Communities with the same email as on your account profile and perform the steps above. 

Step #2: Wait for email from Service Request.

 The next available analyst will add your name to the private site, and send a response back indicating that person(s) has been added as a member to the community.
