Project Creation Error

Strange issue that was related to system configuration.
During project creation in Project Administrator the following error is shown, the project is not created and no files are copied to project root during project creation process.

Project Creation Error
The following error occurred creating the project:
No such interface supported [Provider]

In order to resolve this, repair MDAC components.

1. Right-click "mdac.inf" file (C:\Windows\inf\ mdac.inf) and choose "Install" from the menu.
2. When prompted for "adcjavas.inc". Locate the following files "C:\Windows\servicepackfiles\i386"
3. Browse to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\msadc" and find "handler.reg."
4. Browse to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Ado" and find "MDACRdMe.htm"
5. Browse to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Ole DB" and find "oledbjvs.inc."
6. Browse to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\MSSoap\Binaries" and find "mssoap1.dll."
7. Browse to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\MSSoap\Binaries" and find "mssoapr.dll."
