Background

Sometimes even though the Angle defined for Bend Point Angle of Mitered Pipe Bend is 90 degrees in Spec,

On placing the component, the Bend Point Angle might come up as 88 degrees. After placement of Mitered Pipe Bend, on manually modifying the value of Bend Point Angle to more than a maximum value, the program automatically reduces the value to the maximum allowed angle.

Follow the steps below to change the maximum allowed Bend Point Angle of Mitered Pipe Bend.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Navigate to WorkSpace -> Projects
  2. Open Project's pcf (Project Configuration file) file in Notepad
  3. Search for variable OPM_MAX_ANGLE_FOR_MITERED_ELBOWS



  4. Change value assigned to variable to the desired value



  5. Save file and verify result
