Bentley Vision Displaying same Model Twice

In Bentley's Vision application (SS4) I have the same model/drawing appearing twice in the document tree, they have different document ids

what does the doc-reg table look like ? Are there one or two drawings listed there ?
Trying to determine if the fault is in Vision of ion the database.....

RonnieP thanks for responding. I do not have access to our database, IT controls that. However, when I look in relationship manager there are two entries for the same drawing but different doc ids.

Use Relationship Manager > Tools > Document Tools > Remove Duplicates
This should remove the duplicate documents from the doc_reg for you.
