SpecGen error "This key is already associated with an element of this collection"

When trying to open Spec Generator I get the message "Error occured during execution. Please refer to ErrLog.txt for details."

Recent lines in ErrLog.txt reads:

The problem has just started today and only occurs with one project - other projects work fine.

What does the message mean and what should I do?

Hello Henrik,
Are you able to use same spec in other projects? Try to copy spec to some sample project and open it once again. Let me know results.
Try to compare config.ini files, maybe there are some special trailing characters in path settings.
If you will be able to reproduce same error in Sample project. Please upload spec and related catalogs via secure upload. I will try to reproduce this issue and investigate it further.
