AP OPIM - Multiline control valve tag

Multi lines can be done if you are using separate OpenPlant properties which should be relatively mapped with AutoPLANT Properties. See Below wiki where tagging has been done based on different property utilization by using $ sign.

However in AutoPLANT, i suspect this could happen. You may please create a Service Request to enable us to work on it and to discuss with development team.

nope, it does not work. I tried to add a new specific BOM label, and then a property map to TAGNUMBER. They both can output the tagnumber in ISO but not multiline.

I was also trying to assign value with a REPLACE expression, but maybe the replace function not working or wrong format, it does not work.

and other issue on control valve tag is when I made the control valve to be existing (which we alway do - don't want control valve in BOM), the tag is gone in ISO too.

It looks like lots of issues on existing components. So far I have
- extra coordination output, both end of control valve other than continueation output
- tag does not output for existing instrument/control valve
- line type cannot override

Hi Maggie,

Please add a hyphen in the flags field of the label definition. This indicates the label routines to interpret hyphens in the label text portion as a text separator . The text part can then either be distributed among different field in the label or displayed in a multi line fashion

Hi Maggie,

Existing component are normally not included in the basic selection set used for user labels. You can however force them to be included by adding an E to the flags field
