OPPID - Auto Insert Annotation on Previously inserted Symbol

Question

Hi, 
 
 Does anybody know if its possible to make annotation appear automatically on drawing that was done previously? e.g. I have a drawing from weeks ago that has a bunch of instruments on it, I would like to have the HH Alarm TP to be annotated next to all instruments in the drawing. 
 Is this a possibility?

As an example of modification of custom annotation for Instruments please refer to the Communities Link below: 
(Please note this explains how to add the properties AREA and UNIT to the Instrument annotation however the principle applies as an example.)
