How to prepare a catalog of Basket and T-Strainers ?

Hello,
I need help with preparing catalogs of strainers (basket strainer, t-strainer). I can't find any information about it. There is no drawing/explanation how to do this. Please, find attached print screens. I have to know which columns in Catalog Editor I should to fill up and how.
Can anyone help me ?

Most information has already been provided by Harpreet and Kestutis, but we have an opened project of development of third-party elements catalogs, that could include all elements (typical and non-typical) requested by you (so we do for other Polish OpenPlant users...).
