Our clients ask to provide IFC file for final deliverable for pumping stations. Is there any way to export OPM model to IFC file format with attributes?

Yes IFC v4 is supported with SS6 version. you can check readme files under what's new section.

Yes there is an existing enhancement to it.
As IFC is different format, you may check it by opening with different applications and then exporting it to IFC. But Yes there is no direct import/Export right now.
