I am using AutoPLANT SS7 Refresh and OPIM for Isometric production.
Problem is even though I have a flange that is 150lb in the model with a 150lb gasket in the Material List on the Iso, the gasket is being put in as a 300lb gasket.
I have checked the piping model and both flanges, valves, bolts and gaskets are 150lb. I do have another valve (control) upstream that is 300lb.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what is causing this?
The incorrect quantity and rating is also appearing on an MTO when I generate a report as well with Report Generator.
Hello Stephen,
I can see the Long description for both 150LB and 300LB gasket is same. If you add ratings in long description for both gasket you would not face this kind of problem.
If you want to use same description following workaround will help you to get different part id for 300LB and 150 LB gasket.
1. Open Class Editor.
2. Navigate to project path.
3. Open "OpenPlant_3D_Supplemental_Isometrics_Isoextractor.01.04 schema".
4. search for Gasket class.
5. Add "&this.RATING" Refer below image.
6. Save the schema.
7. Reopen AutoPlant Modeler generate isometric.
Hope this helps. Looking forward to your reply.

You can separate PARTID based on property/Attribute present for the component. Please have a look on below wiki for reference.
