OPIM can't finish to create ISO

as show in the pic, it's a very small ISO.but it can't finished.and no error prompt. Any Suggest. Thanks.

Could you please reattach the pic? Also please confirm the following:

Are you using OpenPlant Isometrics Manager with AutoPlant or OpenPlant?

What version of AutoPlant Modeler/OpenPlant Modeler you are using?

What is the version of OpenPlant Isometric Manager?

sorry, the pic lost. I checked the data connection. it's all right. no error occurred when create isosheet. when I create the iso in opim.
the process can't finished. no error prompt.

It's hard to tell what could be causing this issue without seeing it. Could you please create an SR for this issue so that we can take it offline?
