AP OPIM - OPIM hang after run trying to generate ISO on multi bend component

Question

Hi, 
 Yesterday I ran into a hang issue on OPIM. I tried to generate ISO via OPIM in AutoPLANT, but it stopped on "Export Progress" window and telling "Preparation of data for OPIM", and OPIM manager never pop-up. And after this failing run, no other ISO can be generated any more. I had to close model and reopen it again in order to run ISO via OPIM on other lines. 
 Today, I ran couple of test ISO, and tracing down to a multi-bend component. It looks like AutoPLANT class AT_PIPE_BEND_MULT is not defined in OpenPlant schema. Can someone give me a hint on how to handle this?

Hello Magie, 
 From description seems that you are facing a Defect # 351952 | Iso not generate for pulled pipe , which is already logged in our system. Could you please replay here with information about AutoPLANT and OpenPlant isometrics Manager versions which you are using to confirm this presumption. As well if you are getting any error/log messages, which are logged after Iso generation in AutoPLANT, please post them here. Best Regards, Kestutis Mitkus

 Could you please check with AutoPLANT Modeler Framework Patch (08.11.12.235). 
 
 You need to run thsi patch over Autoplant modeler (08.11.12.226).

Hello John, 
 As per your below description it seems that (autoplant Patch 08.11.12.235) not install properly. 
 AutoPlant Modeler version is 8.11.12.226 AutoPlant Framework version is 8.11.12.235 
 When install patch 08.11.12.235 AutoPLANT Modeler and framework version should change with same version. 
 AutoPlant Modeler version is 8.11.12.235 AutoPlant Framework version is 8.11.12.235 
 
 Please try following steps: 
 1. Start Task manager. 
 2. Kill manually " BPCom32Domain.exe 32", "BPCom32Hos.exe 32" process. 
 3. Go to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features 
 4. Click View install update. 
 5. Uninstall Uninstall 08.11.12.235 patch. 
 6. And then reinstall AutoPLANT Framework (08.11.12.235). 
 And check both Framework And AutoPlant Modeler version name change to 08.11.12.235 or not?
