I can see that you mentioned above you are trying AutoPLANT Modeler SS6 on Windows 10 OS which is not supported with this version. Please confirm which operating system you are using.

It seems you are using Autoplant modeler SS6 version on windows 10 enviroment.

Autoplant SS6 not tested and certified for windows 10 enviroment. Please check following link readme file System requirment section.

Autoplant Modeler SS8 (08.11.13.129) supported version for windows 10 enviroment.
