I'm looking for help on the following error: 
 Old format or invalid type library: (Exception from HRESULT; 0x80028019 (TYPE_E_UNSUPFORMAT))

Hello, It seems you are using Autoplant modeler SS6 version on windows 10 enviroment. Autoplant SS6 not tested and certified for windows 10 enviroment. Please check following link readme file System requirment section. http://communities.bentley.com/products/plant/design___engineering/m/plant_design_and_engineering_files/269900
