I am just getting underway with testing AutoPLANT V8i SS8 and am using Project Packager to move some data over to the new version for testing. When I package a project, it seems that models stored in the default directories (PIPE_DWG etc.) are not added to the package. Oddly enough, all models from secondary locations we defined (AT_PIPE_1 etc.) seem to have come over fine. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I have tested your described situation and could not reproduce this issue. Could you please add for us more information with screenshots in which we could see your project configurations and settings.
How have you defined secondary location(AT_PIPE_1 etc.)? Have you done any changes to default settings in Project Administrator?As well check same paths using Document Manager:
