BRCM - What is the intended purpose of the 'Detail_Raceway_IDs' Output Manger report ?

Hi Eric. I believe this report just returns all the raceway IDs used in whatever resources you lock when running the report. The IDs are listed in alphabetical order, so I suppose it could be used to find the "last used" raceway ID.
