Horizontal angle tolerance minimum for isometrics to show hatching

We have a project that has a pipe which is routed horizontally with a very small angle from the X axis. While the run of pipe is long enough to have a six inch offset, the overall angle from the X axis is less than one degree. The isometric won't show an offset with hatching unless the pipe is shown with more than a two degree angle. I can't find a setting to change the angle tolerance to make the drawing show this offset. Does anyone know where that angle setting is located? I assume there has to be one somewhere seeing as it works for more than two degrees.
