Map AutoPLANT SS8 Relationship in OPIM Schema

I hope what I am about outline is not too convoluted or confusing. However, here goes.

I customized the OpenPLANT_3D.01.04.eschema.xml (SS7) with great success. With the new version OpenPLANT_3D.01.07.eschema.xml (SS8) not so much success.

I know and accept that improvements have been made and needed, but I am at a loss as to what I am doing wrong.

I am using the same steps in the new version as I did in the old version, as follows:

  • Create a new Relationship in Project Administrator (eg. "Contents")
  • Add "Contents" to the textnodes.txt file: Contents=*(Contents)
  • Add "Contents" to the "node2da.txt" file: 1016,Contents
  • Open Class Editor ->  OpenPLANT_3D.01.07.eschema.xml
  • Supplement with: OpenPlant_3D_Supplemental_Isometrics_Isoextractor.01.07.ecschema.xml
  • Under Named_Item class -> Add Derived Class" named Contents.
  • Add "Custom Attribute" to that class -> AP_3D_ClassProperties
  • Map the Class "Contents" to the database table "Contents" as a Child Node (ClassNames[0]) using the DB Table Name "Contents"
  • Add a New Property to the "Piping Component" and add an AutoPLANT_PDW_Property MAP under the Properties Tab.
  • Save and close Class Editor

As I stated above as far as I can remember these are the steps I used (although it has been 12 months since I did this) in the old version.

However, I cannot get the new Property to appear/display in AutoPLANT's Component Preferences. I need to be able to do this to fully populate the Isometric sheet titleblock textnodes for full automation.

I did a comparison between  OpenPLANT_3D.01.04.eschema.xml and OpenPLANT_3D.01.07.eschema.xml and found subtle differences. See attached images.

Am I doing something wrong? Have I missed a step? What else do I need to do?

Cheers,

Steve
