Hi,
We are currently running AutoPLANT to OPIM as a DGN so that the labels can be modified, but we need to convert the drawings to DWG at the end to have to the client.
When we use the batch converter, or save-as in MicroStation the output is to a isometric view in AutoCAD. If OPIM is set to save as DWG the output is a 2D flat drawing.
Is there a way of doing a conversion in OPIM that will give the same output to a flat 2D file?

Hello Ray,
User can create Isometrics output in various format. For 2D output, you need to add below variable inside style.cfg file with respective style folder. See below.
IE_OUTPUT_FORMAT=DGN2IE_OUT=$(IE_DGN)Output_Files/
Second variable is required to set output folder path.
To generate multiple output, you can add various format type, which will get created in respective folder.
IE_OUTPUT_FORMAT=DWG,DGN,PDF,DGN2IE_OUT=$(IE_DGN)Output_Files/
Also check below wiki article, in case, you need to modify the drawing and update the same in respective generated format.
How to Use the Isometric Cleanup When the Output Format is DWG/PDF Applies To Product(s): OpenPlant Isometrics Manager Version(s): 08.11.09.XXX (SS5) | 08.11.11.285 (SS6) Environment: Windows 7/8.1/10 (64 bit) Area: Settings/Attributes… Last edited over 4 years ago in OpenPlant | AutoPLANT > OpenPlant | AutoPLANT Wiki
