Has anyone come across the problem with new installs as of oct / November 2017 of having the issue of being unable to select project roots.??acad 2016 \ Auto plant 2016 installs fine from deployment, but when opening autoplant project administrator for the first time I am unable to load client "root"... these are existing root directories...
why the sudden change?... has there been any Microsoft updates?..
any thoughts ideas etc greatly appreciated..
I have found a solution of sorts.
1. Load AutoPLANT and then load a piping model for a client, load the piping module (because its already in the client environment it will force it to load client.mdb.
2. With the model still open, shoot across to the Project administartor and now it should let you "add root" using the client database as the door. (right click on the client mdb added.)..
