we get this error message when connecting to model server. We tried to delete the opim (temp) files folder but still no luck
Hello Rakhi,
Can you check if services are running correctly? Does login is restricted to one specific user or for everyone? please confirm.
Also you can clean temp folders and retry login to specific account.

HI Rahul,
Yes services are running fine and all users are getting same error message so yes restricted to all users. As in the screenshot error message abc user is away so we don't know if that user has anything locked on her side. When we deleted OPIM folder then get below error message.
then we have to reboot the computer to get rid of above problem. It does not let us clear DMS folders on local drive and complains its being used when no application is running
HI Rakhi,This is a clear indication from Model Server that this file contains checked out component from other user and a different user is trying to access that,I assuming this error occurring while opening a dgn file in openplant [ and not OPIM]Best solution could be the same user open file and free or check in those components for other user.

Hi Vivek,
the user who seem to have checked out component is not able to open the file and getting weird error message - Database table is locked.
That's something new,
Worst one happened to us was same user who checked out component was not able to check in those back, we copied those pipelines to new file for fresh check in , to save user's work, With this error something fishy in SQL , if that is the DB, but if other DGN files and lines are good , I would doubt the dgn file,I am assuming no access is used in Schema component which might locked user from checking in component, user does have delete folder and document permission on from ProjectWise folder from where file is opened, and file is never rename after checked out of component from Model Server.
