I have to machines with Windows 10, and when I try to install prerequisties apr64081113211en, it always show error message: Error 1719. Windows Installer service could not be accessed. Contact your support personnel to verify that it is properly registered and enabled.

Yes, AutoPlant supports Windows 10. Please attach Error Screenshot for better understanding of this issue. Please try to Run setup file by Right clicking and "Run as Administrator".
Error 1719 was quite a problem with Windows 7 and Windows 8, and it seems that it has now also ported over to Windows 10. Many Windows 10 users are complaining of an error stating something along the lines of “The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance”, along with the error code 1719, showing up when they try to install or uninstall any programs from their computer.

I found it was caused by office 2016, and after I remove office 2016 and install office 2013, it can be installed later.
