When a stub in with reinforcement pad is inserted on a pipe, OPIM cannot process the line. See attached image:
I have already applied the solution found here:

After applying these schema changes I still get the attached error. Please advise.

The Wiki you refer is related to BOM of reinforcement pad.
You can follow below wiki to remove this addon error while generating Isometric.

ADDON 6 is the trouble item in the intermediate file
The issue is that OPIM expect a repad as part of a branch connection on a pipe. Here the repad is on an elbow and thats currently not supported. So we need an enhancement for this one :(
