Dear Rahul,

I didn't do any steps yet. It is just appearing whenever I open that model file. I just clicked Ok and opened. It works like normal model file but just appearing that error message when open.

Above issue relates to AutoPLANT Modeler with OpenPlant Isometrics Manager.

if you please provide steps you did with OpenPlant Modeler with OpenPlant Isometrics manager then we would be able to assist further.

I am also encountering same issue on OpenPlant Modeler (CE). This is happening with one particular model file only. May I know if this has been resolved? If yes, could advise me the solution? Thanks

We are unable to deduce anything from the provided images. For further investigation please create a new Service Request and also upload the config folder in the ticket.

To create a Service Request refer the following article.

Once the Service Request is created, please confirm the number so that we can take over your concern on priority and help you with it.

Thanks for your rapid response.

Firstly, I launch the app through "OpenPlant Isometrics Manager V8i in AutoPLANT access mode" then I select my project from the 'open project' dialogue box as shown below;

After clicking the OK button, then the error message pops up as shown below;

Thank you for posting your query on Bentley Plant Forum. Can you please provide some details like when does this problem occur (stage) and an image illustrating your concern.

Can you delete the ECXML files of the project and try to launch OpenPlant Isometrics Manager again.

The location of the ECXML files is displayed in the image below.
