Can someone know why there is no response after I click the button below (always stay Initializing...), and the message as shown, I am using OPM CE, any idea?

Please confirm which version of OpenPlant Modeler CONNECT Edition you are using.
For further troubleshooting, please check regional setting & ensure decimal symbol is set to dot instead of comma. Refer image below.
Set decimal symbol to dot & check placement.
Also, I would request you to please raise a service request on this concern so that we can evaluate it further.
