I have recently upgraded to a newer version of AutoPlant (188.8.131.52). I am trying to insert a support but it appears there aren't any. In the past I have had to expand the different sub folders under Supports (much like topworks) but there isn't that option, the + sign is missing (see image). How do I get all my supports back?
Thanks for your question. could you please let us know while loading Topwork/Support Browser menu are you getting any error message?
Also please check following keys in registry.
If the value is 2.1 change it to 6.0

I no do receive any error messages. I checked both keys and they were both at 6.0. I can successfully insert topworks components.
Thanks for the call, it Seems that Support.ini and support.dll file missing on project location.
Once we add that files from default project Support showing properly.
