Support Browser doesn't contain anything

I have recently upgraded to a newer version of AutoPlant (8.11.14.124). I am trying to insert a support but it appears there aren't any. In the past I have had to expand the different sub folders under Supports (much like topworks) but there isn't that option, the + sign is missing (see image). How do I get all my supports back?

    Thanks for your question. could you please let us know while loading Topwork/Support Browser menu are you getting any error message?

    Also please check following keys in registry.

    1. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{A4C466B8-499F-101B-BB78-00AA00383CBB}\TypeLib
    2. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{A4C46780-499F-101B-BB78-00AA00383CBB}\TypeLib

    If the value is 2.1 change it to 6.0
